Endure and persist; this pain will turn to your good. - Ovid

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. - Romans 5:1-5

Met Mike at Arapahoe Bend, and ran the trails there. Did a tinman tempo for the first 10 miles, and averaged 6:04/mile during that time. Ended up with 13.75 miles total, averaged 6:28/mile. Hip tolerable, not getting worse at least.

Long run. Ran out to Cathy Fromme Prairie, then to Spring Creek Trail, and back on Mason/Fossil Creek. 18 miles total, averaged about 7:20/mile.

Hip was mostly pain-free for the first 6 miles, which is an improvement. The rest of the run was tolerable.
