Endure and persist; this pain will turn to your good. - Ovid

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. - Romans 5:1-5

Feeling quite a bit better today, but still took it easy and got some extra sleep this morning. Ran the Power-Spring Creek-Mason loop during lunch. 10.25 miles, no watch.

You get wholloped with snow?

From Paul on Fri, Dec 23, 2011 at 10:42:55 from 184.96.161.223

We got a bit, maybe 5-6 inches. So far the front range has gotten 2x the snow of average...but to me it's still better than Logan. Plus they plow the paved trails better than the roads, so they are bone-dry and still awesome to run on!

Planet Walk had an inch on it today. Oh and its 3 degrees outside right now. Gotta love Logan...

It's cold today...single digits. But will be in the upper 30s tomorrow, and sunny and mid-40s for the next week...

From Superfly on Fri, Dec 23, 2011 at 18:00:20 from 74.211.21.81

It's a chilly 50 F here but feels colder. By mid to end of next week it'll be close to 60 F...

Paul is your power trail on dirt?

From Paul on Fri, Dec 23, 2011 at 18:07:01 from 184.96.161.223

All of the bike trails here on concrete, but most of them have a dirt trail along the side of them, which is nice. But the dirt is snow-covered right now, so I've been pounding the 'crete.
