Endure and persist; this pain will turn to your good. - Ovid

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. - Romans 5:1-5

Cody came over to run, so I came up with some weird loop that allowed us to hit all of the canal trails in Smithfield. It was snowing and cold, but not snowing too hard, so it wasn't bad. Pace was slow, but not too slow (forgot to stop my garmin, so I don't know exact). Felt like about 7:30 pace.

Nice run, it is getting to be winter now, not quite sure I am ready for it but we have no choice (except to move!).

I'm thinking about leasing an apartment in St. George for a few months, and telecommuting. ;-)

Can I come do that too?! I could teach an internet class or you could just support me and I could take some time off. Instead of renting we could just mooch off of Clyde!

It's 70 degrees here. I've got couch space. See you when you get here...

We were piled with snow today and I'm not ready. Great route Paul. It's nice to hit different areas and not have the same routine.

I will pay half your rent in St. George if I can join you? :-)
