Endure and persist; this pain will turn to your good. - Ovid

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. - Romans 5:1-5

Trail run. Parked at the Coyote Ridge trailhead, and then up the Coyote Ridge Trail to Ridge Rock Trail to Blue Sky Trail (south), and back. 15 miles total. It was fun, but I got a bit bored and frustrated for having to run so slow during the last few miles. Ended up at 9:15/mile pace for the run.

I'm just way too impatient. But at least there were some good views.

You can go faster if you want... unless you're with slow people. :)

So do you find you get fewer blog comments now that you're out of the FRB motherland?

From Paul on Sun, Mar 25, 2012 at 15:27:39 from 65.128.25.185

No, I get fewer comments because I rarely write anything interesting...

So you ever run into any of the crazy ultra guys up there? Nick Clark, Dakota Jones, Ryan Burch, etc?

From Paul on Tue, Mar 27, 2012 at 16:27:59 from 207.224.39.118

Not unless they start wearing name tags.

From Jake K on Tue, Mar 27, 2012 at 16:28:55 from 155.100.226.54

you can usually smell the ultra guys, that will give their identities away

Just look for the guys with tarahumara sandals.
