Endure and persist; this pain will turn to your good. - Ovid

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. - Romans 5:1-5

AM - ran the dog, ran to breakfast

PM - ran the landfill loop. My garmin battery ran out, so it just served as a 1 pound wrist ornament. But I'll assume I was running 5-minute pace most of the way. It was quite nice out today, sunny and upper 30s. I think spring is right around the corner.

Nice workout. You've had a couple days of good intensity workouts. We know our bodies so well it can be easy at times to know what pace your at.

LOL. I always assume I'm going 5 min pace when that happens:) At least you were styling with that bling bling watch.

I second Clyde's comment.

Third.

But I have to say that I think spring already came, got scared by its shadow, and decided to let winter back in for another month.

Just discovered your blog although I've read a lot of your stuff on the forum. I didn't know you were dealing with AS. Bummer! Your workouts still kick my behind, even if I were thirty years younger, thirty pounds lighter, was born with natural talent and still had all my hair. Thankfully, summer's almost here and I'm sure we'll see your stroller miles catch up to some of your shoes.

edrickt - Sorry you've been reading my forums posts. Most of my posts will make people dumber from reading them. Yes, hopefully I can start logging more stroller miles soon.

Principal: Mr. Madison, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

10 points to Adam RW.
