Diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in June of 2008. Started taking Enbrel in March, 2009.

Run as much as I can, and race as well as I can. Make the most of however much time I have left as an able-bodied runner.

  Run until I'm old, and then run some more. Stand tall.

Salt Lake City Classic 10k. 35:19. Not a good race; felt sluggish the entire way, and ran about a minute slower than last year. I was hoping to run faster than last year, so this was a bit of a disappointment.
